Frequently Asked Questions

What are the primary raw materials used in this rubber foam insulation?

The primary raw materials used are high-performance butyronitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR, PVC), combined with high-quality auxiliary materials through a specialized continuous foaming process.

What is the operating temperature range for these insulation tubes?

The material operates effectively within a broad temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, making it suitable for various thermal insulation systems.

How does the closed-cell structure benefit the insulation performance?

The closed-cell structure provides excellent resistance to water vapor permeability (μ ≥ 10000), which prevents moisture intrusion and maintains long-term thermal efficiency.

Is the insulation material fire-resistant?

Yes, it features excellent fire-resistant properties, achieving Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7, and is certified under UL94, DIN5510, and ASTM E 84 standard testing.

Does this insulation offer resistance to environmental elements?

Yes, the material exhibits good resistance to ozone, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, weathering, and fungi growth, ensuring durability in diverse environmental conditions.

What quality and safety certifications does the product hold?

It is fully certified under international standards including BS476, UL94, DIN5510, ASTM, CE, REACH, ROHS, and GB, ensuring high-quality safety and environmental compliance.
