Insulation Application

1. Excellent Fire Performance

Our rubber foam insulation is approved by BS476. You can choose Class 0 or Class 1 according to your requirements. It features self-extinguishing properties and produces no drips according to ASTM D635-91.

2. Low Thermal Conductivity

Our rubber foam is your smart choice for energy saving, featuring a low thermal conductivity of ≤0.034 W/m.K.

3. Eco-friendly

Contains no dust and fiber, is completely CFC-free, has low VOCs, and exhibits no fungal or negligible bacterial growth.

4. Easy to Install

Due to the rubber foam's highly flexible performance, it is easy to bend around irregular pipes and cut into different shapes and sizes, significantly saving labor and materials.

5. Custom Colors

We can customize various colors such as red, blue, green, grey, yellow, and more. Your finished piping lines will look much cleaner, and it is easy to distinguish different pipes for maintenance purposes.
