Wholesale Kingflex Thermal Insulation Tubes are closed-cell Factory, Factories

Kingflex Thermal Insulation Tubes are closed-cell elastomeric foam structure whose non-porous composition offers high thermal efficiency as well as protection from imminent condensation problems and helps in sound absorption. Due to their dimensional stability, they reduce friction and reduce installation time significantly. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Product Description

Thermal Insulation Tubes Banner

Thermal Insulation Tubes not only are they environmentally friendly, they pose no harm to human health, they have zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than five, and a low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) of less than 6 µg/m2/hr in 24 hours. The elimination of chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) and hydro chlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) from the production process while complying with LEED requirements make Thermal Insulation Tubes ideal for use in projects that need optimal air conditioning, refrigeration, chilled water pipes, and hot water pipes thermal insulation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these thermal insulation tubes environmentally friendly?
Yes, they are highly eco-friendly. They have zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP), a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of less than five, and low VOC emissions (less than 6 µg/m²/hr in 24 hours). Additionally, the production process completely eliminates CFCs and HCFCs, complying fully with LEED requirements.
What is the operating temperature range for the insulation tubes?
The insulation tubes perform optimally across a wide temperature range, from -50°C to 110°C, tested in compliance with standard GB/T 17794-1999.
What are the primary fire safety ratings of this material?
The insulation tubes achieve Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings according to BS 476 Part 6 & 7. They also meet a 25/50 Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index under ASTM E 84 testing.
Does this product provide resistance against moisture and environmental factors?
Yes, the material exhibits high moisture resistance with a water vapor permeability factor (μ) of ≥10000. It also offers excellent resistance to fungi (ASTM 21), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), and U.V./weathering (ASTM G23).
How does the insulation improve building acoustics?
Beyond thermal properties, the material helps reduce the transmission of exterior sound into the building's interior and effectively absorbs reverberating sounds within the structure.
Where can these thermal insulation tubes be applied?
These tubes are ideal for HVAC systems, commercial refrigeration systems, chilled water pipes, and hot water pipe networks requiring superior thermal insulation.
