Wholesale We produce rubber-plastic foamed heat preservation products Manufacturers, Suppliers

We produce rubber-plastic foamed heat preservation products (PVC/NBR) by introducing newest technology and craft and automatic processing line. The major materials we use are NBR/PVC,which are undergone ban bury, vulcanization and foam,Therefore, the main characteristics are:Low density, close bubble structure, low thermal conductivity, Water vapor transmissibility extremely low,low water -absorptive ability,Fire-proof performance well, superior anti-agde performance, good flexibility, easy to install. This product is suitable for a wide temperature range, from -50℃ is to 110℃ ,also has good anti-adge performance and durability. Its fire +proof capacity achieves the standard of BS476 CLASS1 CLASS0. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials are the insulation tubes made of?
The insulation tubes are made from a high-quality blend of NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride). They are free from fibrous dust, benzaldehyde, and Chlorofluorocarbons.
What is the thermal conductivity rating of this rubber foam?
According to ASTM C 518 testing, the thermal conductivity values are ≤0.030 W/(m.k) at -20°C, ≤0.032 W/(m.k) at 0°C, and ≤0.036 W/(m.k) at 40°C.
What are the fire safety ratings for these insulation tubes?
The material achieves Class 0 & Class 1 fire ratings under the BS 476 Part 6 & Part 7 standards. It also achieves a Flame Spread and Smoke Developed Index of 25/50 under ASTM E 84.
What is the operational temperature range for this product?
The product is designed to function effectively within a broad temperature range of -50°C to 110°C, compliant with the GB/T 17794-1999 standard.
Is the insulation material resistant to environmental factors?
Yes, it demonstrates good resistance to mold/fungi (ASTM 21), ozone (GB/T 7762-1987), and weathering/UV exposure (ASTM G23), ensuring long-term durability.
Does this insulation protect against moisture?
Yes, the closed-cell structure of the rubber foam provides excellent moisture resistance, with a high water vapor permeability factor (μ ≥ 10000) and low volume water absorption (20% per ASTM C 209).
