Kingflex rubber foam product of our company are produced by imported high-end technology and automatic continuous equipment. We have developed a rubber foam insulation material with excellent performance through in-depth research. The major materials we use are NBR/PVC. Normal wall thicknesses of 1/4”, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″,1″, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2″ and 2” (6, 9, 13, 19, 25 , 32, 40 and 50mm). Standard Length with 6ft (1.83m) or 6.2ft(2m).

Excellent Performance
The insulation pipe is made of nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride, free of fiber dust, benzaldehyde and chlorofluorocarbons. In addition, it has low electrical and thermal conductivity, good moisture resistance and fire resistance.

Features excellent tensile strength along with high-grade anti-aging and anti-corrosion properties to ensure long-term stability and system integrity.
Easy Installation
Insulated pipes can be easily installed on new pipes as well as used in existing pipes. You just cut it and glue it on. Moreover, it has no negative effect on the performance of the insulation tube.
Rubber foam product overview
Rubber foam product is generally black in color, other colors are available upon request. The product comes in tube, roll and sheet form. The extruded flexible tube are specially designed to fit the standard diameters of copper, steel and PVC piping. Sheets are available in standards precut sizes or in rolls.
