Wholesale fiber glass wool thermal insulation board Manufacturers, Pricelist

Kingflex glass wool board is semi-rigid and rigid boards manufactured from stable glass fibers bonded with thermosetting resins. They are capable of withstanding the extreme temperatures encountered in industrial applications or in flat roofs. They can withstand normal loads met in domestic and commercial structures when used below floor screeds. They are easy to handle and cut suit intricate shapes. They are also light in weight, strong and resilient. It has a very flexible structure with special fiber structure and absorbe sound waves, prevents the transfer of the sound to the other side or reduce to very low levels.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the standard dimensions of the Glass Wool Insulation Board?

The standard length ranges from 1200mm to 2400mm, the width is 600mm to 1200mm, and the thickness ranges from 20mm to 100mm, with customizable densities between 24 and 96 kg/m³.

Is this glass wool insulation board fire resistant?

Yes, it features a Reaction of Fire Classification of A1, meeting EN13501-1:2007 standards, making it completely non-combustible.

Will the product deteriorate or lose shape over time?

No. Under exposure to heat and humidity, there is no change in dimension. It does not sag, rot, mold, rust, decay, or oxidize over its lifespan.

Does this insulation absorb moisture or water?

The glass wool board is highly hydrophobic (>98.2% water resistance rating) and is neither hygroscopic nor capillary, ensuring excellent moisture protection.

Where is this insulation board typically applied?

It is widely used for HVAC duct wrapping, side-wall thermal/acoustic insulation, radiator backing, wooden houses, boiler/generator rooms, and elevator shafts.
