Explore our high-performance thermal and cryogenic insulation solutions engineered for HVAC, processing plants, and energy infrastructure.
Thermal management is at the heart of modern industrial processing, global cold chains, and commercial building efficiency. Modern cooling insulation materials are no longer simple protective wraps—they are highly engineered barrier systems configured to minimize heat gain, mitigate condensation risks, prevent corrosion under insulation (CUI), and guarantee severe low-temperature processing stability.
Worldwide dynamics like the rapid rise of liquified natural gas (LNG) distribution, industrial refrigeration growth, and strict green-building standards require insulation options with extremely low thermal conductivity (λ ≤ 0.034 W/m·K at 0°C) and excellent water vapor diffusion resistance (μ ≥ 10,000).
From large petrochemical plants and massive HVAC networks to ultra-low temperature cryogenic environments, investing in high-grade elastomeric nitrile rubber and specialized rock wool systems ensures operational uptime while cutting down energy usage.
Understanding the technical properties of closed-cell elastomeric rubber foam compared to traditional mineral wool systems.
Closed-cell elastomeric nitrile rubber (NBR/PVC) features over 98% uniform cell isolation. This structural configuration creates an integrated barrier against moisture entry, preventing water absorption that can degrade performance in traditional open-cell materials.
For applications down to -200 °C, standard elastomeric rubber becomes brittle. Our specialized cryogenic systems use modified diolefin formulations to maintain flexibility, accommodate thermal expansion, and protect LNG and petrochemical systems.
Tested under BS 476 and Class 0/1 specifications, our formulations contain clean, halogen-free flame retardants. Upon thermal contact, they release cross-linking carbon matrixes that inhibit oxygen access and suppress toxic smoke generation.

Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturing and trading combo for thermal insulation products. Kingflex research development and production department is located in Dacheng, China, a well-known capital of green-building materials.
As an energy-saving, environmentally friendly enterprise, we focus on the research, development, production, and sales of high-performance insulation. In our operations, Kingflex takes energy saving and consumption reduction as core concepts. We provide comprehensive solutions by means of consultation, R&D production, installation guidance, and post-sale service to lead the development of the global building materials industry.
Established by the Jinwei Group, which has more than 40 years of history (founded in 1979 as the first thermal insulation manufacturer north of the Yangtze River), Kingflex leverages generations of technical expertise to deliver reliable materials for modern energy infrastructure.
Our employees are key to what makes Kingflex a fun and rewarding place to work. The Kingflex team is a tight-knit, talented group with a shared vision of providing consistent, first-class service to our clients.
Our manufacturing and technical operations rely on strong human capital, including:
Our 5 automated assembly lines deliver an annual capacity of over 600,000 cubic meters. These operations make Kingflex a designated production enterprise for major domestic energy, power, and chemical industry organizations.
Why global contractors trust Dacheng's advanced manufacturing corridor for large-scale procurement projects.
Located in the Dacheng green building materials cluster, Kingflex maintains direct access to primary NBR, PVC, and petrochemical supplies. This local supply chain reduces transport costs, protects against material shortages, and keeps production schedules stable.
Our facility runs five continuous vulcanizing extruders and automated curing ovens. Precise temperature and process controls ensure consistent foam structure across large-volume production runs.
Close to major Northern China shipping ports like Tianjin, our facility supports rapid loading and dispatch. We manage international orders with container-packing plans that protect sheet rolls and tubes from compression during transport.
How our cooling insulation products perform in real-world commercial and industrial environments.
Provides critical heat and condensation control for chilled water lines, air handling unit ducts, and refrigerant piping in commercial buildings, hotels, and hospitals.
Uses multiple layers of diolefin flexible rubber foam to insulate storage tanks and transfer piping handling liquefied natural gas at temperatures down to -200°C.
Provides thermal control, noise reduction, and corrosion protection for steam lines and storage systems in chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing plants.
Insulates refrigeration lines and structural walls in commercial freezers, warehouses, and transport systems to maintain product quality and reduce power demand.
