High-performance elastomeric, rubber foam sheet rolls, and cryogenic pipe insulation tubes direct from factory floor.
Kingflex Insulation Co., Ltd. represents a world-class manufacturing and trading integration group specialized in thermal and cryogenic insulation solutions. Strategically situated in Dacheng, Langfang City—widely recognized as China's green-building material capital—Kingflex operates at the leading edge of energy-efficient polymer research and raw material production.
We approach building thermal efficiency through a comprehensive process: from expert pre-sale calculations and engineering consultation to deep R&D, bespoke OEM fabrication, on-site installation guidance, and lifetime product traceability.
Established by the legendary Jinwei Group, which commands over 40 years of market history since its founding in 1979, Kingflex is built upon generations of manufacturing mastery. As the first major developer of thermal insulation materials north of the Yangtze River, our group's pedigree is foundational to modern Chinese industrial energy efficiency standards.
The global piping insulation market has transformed from a commodity-centric sector to a high-specification engineering arena. Modern HVAC, cryogenic, petrochemical, and power generation systems demand micro-cellular control to prevent energy loss and condensation. Chinese manufacturers, led by innovators like Kingflex, deliver crucial structural advantages:
Operating out of the Dacheng green building materials cluster ensures instant access to high-grade polymer resins, foaming agents, and flame retardants. This localized supply chain minimizes shipping overheads and prevents disruptions, ensuring highly competitive factory-gate pricing.
By shifting from batch molding to continuous multi-stage automatic extrusion lines, Kingflex achieves absolute uniformity in cell structure. The result is a closed-cell rating exceeding 98%, which locks out moisture and maintains structural integrity over long spans.
Our materials undergo systematic verification to satisfy global regulatory frameworks. This includes fire classification testing (BS 476, UL94), environmental toxicity screenings (REACH, RoHS), and performance evaluations in extreme thermal regimes.
When engineering high-occupancy buildings or hazardous process environments, fire propagation characteristics dictate product selection. Kingflex materials are engineered to restrict smoke output and self-extinguish when the flame source is removed.
Choosing the correct pipe insulation dimensions prevents spatial interference and thermal bridging. Our main production lines are optimized for two form factors: Continuous Sheet Rolls for large-diameter ducts and vessels, and Slit/Unslit Tubes for linear distribution pipes.

Condensation occurs when warm, humid air contacts chilled pipes below the ambient dew point. In open-cell fiber products, vapor flows through the matrix, saturating the material and degrading its thermal properties. Kingflex's NBR/PVC closed-cell matrix prevents this vapor movement. Its high resistance to moisture vapor diffusion means there is no need for an external jacket to prevent dampness, ensuring long-term thermal performance.
Modern petrochemical processing, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) transport, and scientific cold-storage systems operate at temperatures far below freezing. These extreme conditions cause standard elastomeric products to crystallize and lose their flexibility, leading to insulation cracking and failure. Our specialized Kingflex Cryogenic Thermal System provides multiple layers of thermal protection designed to withstand temperatures down to -200℃.
At ultra-low temperatures, vapor pressure drives moisture inward with significant force. To counter this, our cryogenic insulation uses a multi-layered design. Each layer of rubber foam is sealed with a low-temperature adhesive and wrapped in a high-density vapor-stop jacket. This prevents moisture from reaching the pipe surface, avoiding structural ice formation and pipe corrosion underneath the insulation (CUI).

Kingflex insulation products are widely used in construction, petroleum, chemical, national defense, aerospace, and other industries. In the past 16 years, they have been exported to over 66 countries. Below are the key applications for our NBR/PVC and Cryogenic series:
Condensation control on chilled water pipes, air conditioning ducts, and heating water lines. Used in hotels, shopping malls, transport hubs, and high-occupancy office towers to reduce energy loss.
Thermal control for chemical transfer lines, oil storage tanks, steam distribution headers, and refinery installations. Helps maintain process temperatures and protects workers from hot surfaces.
Provides critical insulation for refrigeration systems, food processing warehouses, and low-temperature liquid pipelines, preventing ice buildup and maintaining high system efficiency.

Under our strict E-E-A-T values, product traceability is standard. We maintain records for every production run, including batch numbers, raw material chemical analyses, and foaming density measurements.
